An interesting programme of Gartmore Heritage Society talks has been arranged for the 2008/9 season:

2008.

October 8th, Dr Colin Adams:   "Darwin's Fishes - The hidden heritage in Scotland's Lochs"

November 12th, John Davidson Kelly: "The Great Highland Bagpipe - its music and Gartmore"

2009.

January 14th, Gillian Foster: "The Green Routes Project - Gartmore House Walled Garden".

February 11th, Dr Elspeth King: "The Photographic Collections of the Stirling Smith".

March 2nd - a joint meeting with Loch Ard Local History Group - Bill Inglis:  "Sheriffmuir" .

Please note that this meeting will be held in the Aberfoyle Memorial Hall at 7.30pm.
